We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through social media channels, ensuring that our Italian-speaking customers receive timely and effective assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Address customer issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex queries and provide feedback to improve services.
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and trends, reporting insights to the management team.
Assist in creating content for social media that addresses common customer queries and enhances engagement.
Maintain a positive and engaging online presence to foster customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
