Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a meticulous and highly motivated Italian Speaking Content Moderator to enhance our team in Porto.
In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the quality and safety of user-generated content on a variety of platforms.
Your primary task will be to meticulously review and moderate content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities: Content Monitoring and Review: Scrutinize and review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure they comply with established community standards and policies.
Quality Assurance: Uphold the integrity of the platform by consistently removing harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content.
User Assistance: Provide support to users by addressing their concerns and resolving content-related issues efficiently and professionally.
Policy Enforcement: Apply community guidelines and policies rigorously and consistently to all content reviewed, ensuring a safe and respectful online environment.
Reporting and Documentation: Accurately document and report trends, issues, and feedback to the management team to help improve and refine moderation processes.
Collaboration: Work cohesively with other content moderators and team leaders, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications: Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in English at a B2 level or above.
Detail-Oriented: Strong observational skills with the ability to identify small yet critical details in content.
Adaptability: Capable of handling sensitive and potentially distressing content with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Italian and English.
Problem-Solving: Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
