Your Role

Reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts).

Monitoring user interactions and taking action against violations (issuing warnings or bans).

Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure consistent moderation policies.

Understanding client policies and guidelines.

Requirements

EU passport.

Native or near-native Italian language (C1-C2).

Very good command of English language (B2).

Good MS Office skills.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task , prioritize, and manage time effectively.
