We are expanding our team in Porto, Portugal, and are seeking an Italian-speaking Content Moderator to help us maintain high content standards on our platform.
Position Overview: As a Content Moderator, you will review and manage user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines.
You will play a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable user experience while helping improve moderation processes.
Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate content (text, images, video) to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Enforce platform rules, identifying and flagging inappropriate or harmful content.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and share insights for process improvement.
Document and report flagged content, maintaining accurate records.
Contribute to improving the platforms moderation standards based on user trends and feedback.
Required Qualifications: Fluency in Italian (C1 or higher) and B2 English proficiency.
Prior experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Basic knowledge of web-based platforms and content management systems is a plus.
