Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer precise and helpful information.
Documentation: Accurately log and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
Feedback and Improvement: Actively contribute to the enhancement of our support processes by providing customer feedback and insights.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Italian (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are crucial.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and offer solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
