We are looking for an Administrative Assistant fluent in Italian and English for a client in the city of Porto.

The purpose of the role is to:
Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment;Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly;Contacting customers by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance;Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.NOT CALL CENTER You need to be:
Fluent in Italian (at least a B2 level) and good knowledge of English;Team player with can-do attitude;Customer focused with excellent communication skills;Good computer skills including Microsoft Office;Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.Offer: Direct contract with the client;Extensive Benefits Package;Development opportunities;Don't miss this opportunity and apply!
