If your answer is yes, then start working with us!ManpowerGroup Portugal, world leader in Human Resources services, is looking for an energetic, customer-oriented professional to join our exciting project with our client.Responsibilities:· Makes effective decisions within his/her ability;· Review posts and classify according to policy;· Provide insights and trends on content reviewed;· Provide feedback and suggestions on review process and workflows;· Provide suggestions for product innovation;· General data entry related tasks.Requirements:· Fluency in English (B2 level);· Oral & Written Italian fluency (B2 level);· Excellent customer care skills;· Excellent good typing skills;· Ability to work independently and in a team, anticipate problems and suggest solutions;· Basic understanding of context and structure of sentence;· Basic technical skills (able to navigate through multiple web pages and support tools)· Ability to quickly and effectively conduct internet research, reading and comprehendingCommercial and social media websites;· Have fun and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Terms and Conditions:· Full-time role on a 40 hour per week;· Work contract;· Working hours are Monday-Sunday 08h00-20h00;· Multicultural environment.
