Responsibilities: · Makes effective decisions within his/her ability; · Review posts and classify according to policy; · Provide insights and trends on content reviewed; · Provide feedback and suggestions on review process and workflows; · Provide suggestions for product innovation; · General data entry related tasks. Requirements: · Fluency in English (B2 level); · Oral & Written Italian fluency (B2 level); · Excellent customer care skills; · Excellent good typing skills; · Ability to work independently and in a team, anticipate problems and suggest solutions; · Basic understanding of context and structure of sentence; · Basic technical skills (able to navigate through multiple web pages and support tools) · Ability to quickly and effectively conduct internet research, reading and comprehending Commercial and social media websites; · Have fun and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Terms and Conditions: · Full-time role on a 40 hour per week; · Work contract; · Working hours are Monday-Sunday 08h00-20h00; · Multicultural environment. Requisitos :
