Act as the primary point of contact for customer tech support via phone and email. Conduct initial diagnostics of client issues using 60 available processes and escalate complex issues. Proactively enhance client satisfaction during diagnostics, including using YouTube tutorials for extra support. Communicate with customers via email or phone to provide product information, follow up on orders, handle minor repairs, and address complaints. Utilize three different software programs during the support process. Cross-selling skills are advantageous.
