Italian Customer Support In Lisbon

Key Responsibilities: Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and chat.Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and account issues.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer precise and helpful solutions.Log and track customer inquiries in the system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.Meet or exceed customer service performance targets and KPIs. Qualifications: Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).Proficient in English for internal communication and documentation.Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus but not mandatory.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, between 7 AM and 11 PM.
