We are currently looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our team and help us deliver outstanding support to our Italian-speaking customers.
Position: Italian Customer Support Advisor Location: Lisbon, Portugal Type: Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.
Requirements: Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
