Job Overview:
As an Italian Customer Support Advisor, you will be the frontline representative for our Italian-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve their issues, and ensure they have a positive experience with our company. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.Provide detailed and accurate information about our products, services, and policies.Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to the relevant team if needed.Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.Update customer records and document interactions in our system.Work closely with team members to enhance customer support processes and share best practices.
Qualifications:
Native or fluent in Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Good command of English for internal communication.Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with calmness and empathy.Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.Flexible availability, including the ability to work some weekends if necessary.Currently residing in Portugal and authorized to work in the country.
