As an advisor in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:Comply with the company's policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectivesRespond to customers and merchants inquiries through various channels like email, phone and chat, within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center managementManage content and resources like FAQ to facilitate self-service for customersAnalyze Customer Service statistics and compile accurate reports on a weekly basisDevelop processes to improve current customer service duties through the introduction or the improvement of our systems and toolsWork closely with other key area of the business to bring relevant customer insights to support the overall business strategy.Complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely mannerMaintain accuracy and security of customer information on the databaseMonitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandemProactively and independently work to meet targets and goals To succeed in the role, you will need to have:Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)intermediate level of English (at least B2) Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages A motivated and enthusiastic personalitySelf-organized, planning and prioritization skillsPatience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stressAbility to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situationsTechnical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quicklyAble to follow guidelines and instructionsAbility to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situationsAbility to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callersMust hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalBe a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal (OnSite work) Benefits.
