We are currently looking for an Italian Collections/Financial Services Representative to join the team of a multinational company in Porto with a Monday to Friday, hybrid regime .Your mission: In this project, you will be responsible for supporting the team on credit and collections; handling disputes, cashapplications, and the billing needed; online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within the functional area, and completing any related administration; validating or completing accurate and timely reporting.What you need to embark on this mission: Fluency in Italian and English (at least C1 level); At least 6 months' experience in a similar position; Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency; Dynamism, proactivity, and initiative; Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills; High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
