Italian Advisor In Portugal

Position: Advisor Italian & English

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Sunday 8am - 11pm

Probation Period: 30 Days

Contract: Unfixed term contract

Maintain high satisfaction standards and consistently exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests.

Takes ownership and responsibility while being resilient and able to positively influence outcomes.

Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics, and think outside the box when established methods are insufficient.

Be adaptable: Flexible and able to adapt to constant changes with a positive mindset.

Training
The training period is fully paid by the company and included in the contract – contract start date will correspond to your first day of training.
