The Global Printing Team within Client Services of SAP IT are responsible for the Management of SAP's Printing environment. This team is responsible for rollouts, upgrades, support, operations, standards and implementation of new technologies related to our Printing Environment
Responsibilities for SAP Managed Printing Service
Maintaining, Configuring and Supporting SAP's Global Printer Fleet
Working within the Global Printing team and the wider IT Teams to research and implement new technologies
Monitoring SAP Printing Environment, provide proactive remote support
Assist / Drive / Implement Projects within the SAP Printing Team
Process 3rd Level Support Technical Tickets via Service Now - remotely supporting end users and IT Colleagues
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
Experience with Troubleshooting Hardware and Software Technology
Excellent Communication & Project Management Skills
Experience as an IT Technician or similar position
Strong Ability to work as part of a Team and Independently
Knowledge of Operating Systems, Network Technologies, IT Hardware (especially Printers), Software & Server Technologies
Strong Reporting Capabilities including Power Bi
Management and Creation of Process Documentation & Knowledge Management
