It Technician

Install and configure hardware and software in accordance with established procedures. Main Responsibilities: 2nd level support as part of user support and VIP support; Support with site-related IT projects; Coordination of external service providers; Organisation of cross-location meetings, telephone and video conferences; Repair and replace broken hardware; Test and evaluate new technologies, hardware and software; Troubleshoot hardware and software; Ensure and optimize network performance; Support IT at the plant; Provide training to users on how to use and maintain computer equipment. Job Requirements: Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English; Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
