Overview / Summary :
LUZA Group is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen the team and respond to the growing number of recruitment opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Research and attract qualified candidates for IT outsourcing projects, meeting client needs.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific client requirements.
Facilitate communication between candidates, the sales team, and clients to ensure alignment on expectations and timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the process.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain an up-to-date talent database with relevant skills for future outsourcing needs.
Mandatory Requirements :
Education : Higher education in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
Experience : 2 to 4 years in IT recruitment, with a focus on outsourcing processes; Familiarity with ATS systems (such as Manatal, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, etc.) and the ability to attract talent for specific projects.
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients and candidates; Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with a focus on results delivery and expectation management; Proactive and adaptable to handle different technical profiles and diverse requests.
Languages : Native Portuguese; Fluent in English; Additional languages are a plus.
