We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition to reinforce our team.

Responsibilities

Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to advertise positions, engage with candidates, and expand the network.
Analyze resumes to identify the skills and requirements needed for the most suitable candidates.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent.
Manage applications and interview processes effectively.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline filled with exceptional talent.
Guide and support candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring they have a reliable point of contact.
Deliver the best candidate experience possible, regardless of the outcome of their application.
Requirements

At least 1 year of professional experience as an IT recruiter.
Background as an IT consultant.
Degree in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
Excellent time-management abilities.
A resilient attitude and attention to detail will be valued.
Fluency in English.
