It Talent Acquisition Specialist

You'll be focused in
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Utilizing various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates
• Managing recruitment processes from A to Z
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and right strategies to apply
• Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
In order to succeed, you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment of IT profiles
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.
