You deal with incidents or other user concerns - by telephone or via the ticketing system.
Together with your colleagues, you offer first-class 1st level support for the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring the high quality of the services provided.
You can Install, configurate and provide support for different business applications.
The instructions, checklists, documentation and statistics created and constantly updated in the team are valued as helpful tools.
You enjoy the continuous improvement process and the quality assurance of the IT help desk in your active participation.
Skills and Know-how: Fluent in French, German or SpanishFluent in English Knowledge of MS Windows OS and O features and configuration At least 1 year of experience supporting users.
Explain technical issues in clear and understandable language Use effective problem-solving techniques Team-player The following skills will be considered a PLUS: Good understanding of IT infrastructure Experience in using a service desk tool Principles and practices knowledge of customer service Experience in functional SAP Support What we offer Training opportunities adapted to your needs and interests Challenging environment, dealing with several IT areas.
