Provide support to users on-site or remotely. Resolve or escalate network or system incidents. Manage local inventory in conjunction with the purchasing department. Technical environment: Landesk, Windows 7 and 10, TOIP, Active Directory, Office 365 What are we looking for? Fluency/native in French and knowledge of the Portuguese language; Good communication skills to be able to work with international teams from the Lisbon office; Good organization and monitoring skills; 2 to 5 years of experience in the area.
