We are looking for an Amazing: IT Support
Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)
Type of position: Hybrid from Lisbon. Candidates must be in Portugal.
The amazing you will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar;
+3 years of experience as L2 Support with Linux, ITIL, SQL, Service Now;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluent in English and Portuguese;
Currently residing in Lisbon - available for a hybrid model.
