It Support Consultant (M/F)

We are looking for an IT Support Consultant (Mid-Level) to join a client project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users and systems; Resolve incidents and technical issues; Ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructures; Participate in continuous improvement projects; Document procedures and solutions.
Requirements At least 1 year of experience in IT support; Knowledge of  Windows  and  Linux  operating systems; Familiarity with networking and virtualization tools; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in English.
