IT Support and Administration Specialist
Lisbon – Portugal
The key responsibilities will be:

Install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Procurement and installation of new equipment.
Troubleshoot network issues.
Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software.
Work with contractors and third-party suppliers.
Experience with administration, managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems.
Knowledge of infrastructure, network topology, protocols and security, including TCP Protocols, DNS, Routing, NAT, Firewall and VPN knowledge.
Experience with database servers, relational and non-relational, such as Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with mail servers, such as Microsoft Exchange Server.
