As an IT Solutions Designer within the Sustainability Solutions team, you will act as a consultant for the company, ensuring the smooth operation of IT applications and supporting the strategic decarbonization targets of Infineon.
You will also provide functional support as the IT Application Owner for both SAP and non-SAP solutions for Sustainability and Environment, Safety and Health within smaller or medium-sized IT projects.
In your new role you will: Act as in-house consultant for your IT applications Lead IT projects Actively support process and system consolidation activities Create solution proposals and blueprints for change requests and project requests Ensure software quality for adjustments/development by external service providers Provide operational IT support for your solutions (non-SAP and SAP) globally Conduct internal customer training You personally advocate for the concerns of customers and give them a high priority.
Furthermore, you clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly exchange information with them.
Additionally, you have a good sense for current trends and derive improvement potentials for your own team and the department from them.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar field of studies At least 3 years of professional experience , preferably as a project manager in IT projects Knowledge in data integration platforms and databases (Denodo, MS SAP, Oracle) Experience in SAP EHSM, or other SAP modules Initial experience in debugging and programming The ability to remain solution-oriented, open, and flexible even when under pressure Fluency in English .
