JOB PURPOSE:
We are searching for a professional to join our team as an Application Management Specialist. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team that oversees our Enterprise Level applications, ensuring optimal performance and supporting users. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Master the functionality of our applications to become a specialist in the field;
Provide prompt and accurate responses to user inquiries;
Efficiently resolve technical incidents escalated from the L1 service desk;
Engage in collaborative efforts with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to achieve shared objectives and address any issues;
Troubleshoot interfaces between our Enterprise applications and other systems to maintain seamless integration;
Implement new configurations within the application as per business requirements;
Adhere to the ITIL service management framework to deliver consistent and high-quality IT services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree focused on Business Processes, such as Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Information Technology, or Business Process Management;
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ERP systems either in support or other role;
Knowledge of the ITIL service management framework;
Strong understanding of enterprise-level applications;
Skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues;
Familiarity with interface troubleshooting between different systems;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Strong problem-solving abilities.
