What you`ll do: As an IT Solution Owner Associate, you will work in a worldwide agile team (level 3 support) and use your technical expertise to operate SAP's service and support solutions with the necessary reliability. From the IT Operation hub in Lisbon, Portugal, you will closely work together with the other hubs in Americas and APA. You can quickly grow in gaining expert knowledge on new technologies and root cause analysis and optimization secrets. We continuously adopt the lean agile methodology and touch on new work movement ideas. The Role: You will operate, administrate, and design systems architecture, applications, products, services, and data to optimize and automate SAP's business processes to improve work efficiency. You will engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Facilitate the system/service/product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant, and highly available operations. You will engage with the business in an agile way. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.
