What you'll do: As an IT Solution Owner Associate, you will work in a worldwide agile team (level 3 support) and use your technical expertise to operate SAP's service and support solutions with the necessary reliability.
From the IT Operation hub in Lisbon, Portugal, you will closely work together with the other hubs in Americas and APA.
You can quickly grow in gaining expert knowledge on new technologies and root cause analysis and optimization secrets.

The Role: You will operate, administrate, and design systems architecture, applications, products, services, and data to optimize and automate SAP's business processes to improve work efficiency.
You will engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements.
Facilitate the system/service/product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant, and highly available operations.
You will engage with the business in an agile way.
Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.
Key tasks are: Planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologiesDefinition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes including respective documentationImplementing Early Watch Alerts for system maintenanceSupporting the Agile coach as a backup for the different time zonesDiving into new technologies - knowledge transfer within the teamWhat you bring: 1-3 years of work experience with SAPExperience in SAP Technology (ABAP, Java) and StrategyExperience in implementing Early Watch AlertsAbility to work effectively in international and virtual teamsStrong communication skills and experience in cross-country collaborationExperience in consulting and customer handlingCapacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive wayGood analytical and solution-oriented thinkingBring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
