Define the standards and become a pioneer together with around 9000 associates worldwide. Job Description Determine appropriate standards to resolve all business process issues. Maintain efficient architecture as per organization priorities. Provide technical support to all process owners and perform audits on the process. Coordinate with customers to develop ITIL process strategies for design. Design and implement the required IT process in coordination with the leadership team. Assist team members in improving the quality of processes. Monitor mapping of customer business issues and develop appropriate solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. An ITIL Foundation V3/V4 certification and at least one higher-level IT certification is required (Managing Professional, Strategic Leader are preferred). Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management or ITIL-related fields. Proven track record of implementing IT and ITIL best practices within organizations. Experience in conducting ITIL assessments, gap analysis, and recommending improvements. Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, BMC Remedy, or JIRA Service Management is desirable.
