How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Contributes the implementation, alignment, development and relationship with the IT service suppliers and other 3rd party or open ecosystem suppliers.
Supports alignment and information flow between various Nokia functions (GPR, F&C, IT units) regarding Software supplier specific topics.
Contribute on developing and supporting the license management model related processes and their supporting tools with support from other IT functional roles, ensuring optimization of license pools and usages.
Acts as a single point of contact for ecosystem in purchase order management and/or for IT units in purchase order management. Main contact for contractual issues and changes for key stakeholders and other relevant IT parties.
Influences strategic decisions within professional area that affect the performance of the sub function.
Acts as a senior subject matter expert, typically at a global or regional level, in many organisational units the most senior internal expert who serves as best practice/quality resource and is an acknowledged authority both within and outside own organisational unit.
Solves highly complex or novel problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgement.
May lead functional teams or projects with considerable resource requirements, risk, and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work. Supports Strategic Software Procurement in Software contract negotiations.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
Bachelor's degree in IT engineering or equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in IT Service Management.
Strong communication skills.
English fluent.
It would be nice if you also had:
ITIL certification.
Understanding IT Platforms and IT Tool landscape.
Experience in overseeing major outsourced services and managing the partnership.
Knowledge of Business Performance Reporting and Analysis.
Familiar with SOX controls.
Ability to work with people across different regions.
