Join a Shared Services Centre being set up in Lisbon! Your new Company Our Client is going through a major transformation where digitization and technology development are the keys to success. The Client is looking for people who are motivated by developing services and digital products that makes life easier, better and safer. You will be part of a cross-functional team with team members from both IT and business, and a strong focus on team collaboration. Your New Role As an IT Service Desk Consultant, you will be responsible for: Be the 1st Level of support, so act as the 1st point of contact to fulfill the requests related to IT infrastructure and IT applications; Contact users directly (and do a follow-up with them) on their incidents to solve the issues using the Ticketing system; Monitor the health of services and raise alarms in case of problematic areas and issues (and suggest improvements in case of recurrences); Act as point of contactfor technical coordination with vendor on activities related; Participate in customerescalation meetings (with or without Vendors). What you will need to be succeed To be succeed as an IT Service Desk Consultant you will need: ICT and MCSA/MCSE Certifications (nice to have); + 2 years of hands-on and support experience (maintaining and troubleshooting end user computing platform/infrastructure, Exchange / Active Directory, application access Printer and Printing Services) to solve issues; Good understanding of different environments (On-Prem, Online, Hybrid and Cloud); Experience working withdifferent platforms (Microsoft, Google, Amazon, IBM, etc.); Proficiency in Microsoft Platforms (Azure, Office 365, Windows 10 & 11, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.); Experience in ITIL or IT framework (is a plus); Customer Service orientation and attitude; Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ambitious and motivatedindividual to work in a collaborative environment; Excellent interpersonaland communication skills - Fluency in English.
