It Security Engineer

As anIT Security Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial sector, ensuring robust security infrastructure to protect critical data and systems.
Your role will involve project management, technical support, and security solution implementation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Your main responsibilities:Maintain and monitor security infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to firewalls, load-balancers, and WAF.Lead security architecture projects, deploying INET equipment and evaluating solutions.Support level 2/3 escalations on security, internet, and market data systems.Coordinate planned operations, including night/weekend shifts as needed.Innovate and optimize production processes to enhance security and efficiency.You're ideal for the role if you have:3-6 years of experience in security infrastructure (Fortinet, Ubika WAF, Checkpoint).Strong skills in DNS, IDS/IPS, load-balancing, and VPN configurations.Hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible, Python, Perl).Fluent English (minimum B2 level) and strong interpersonal skills.ITIL management experience and ability to work in high-pressure environments.Customer-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
