WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Addvolt is seeking an Information Technology & Security Analyst with high energy and a strong work ethic to join our Team at Porto. As Information Technology & Security Analyst you will:
Manage the company's IT equipment resources required for each employee to perform their allocated tasks. This includes selection, monitor and repair processes;Manage the company network infrastructures, continuously improving its quality and security;Setup, configure and maintain IT equipment including PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers and other related equipment;Provide users with support, advice and guidance with IT equipment and technical issues, both hardware and software, assuring quick solutions to reduce work standstills;Manage relations with external software and hardware providers, finding the best commercial solutions;Actively work to improve company's wide security of users, data and intellectual property, restricting access to data and services;Actively work in providing availability of company's data, setting up own backups of important data and intellectual property;Provide digital safety and security awareness training to users;Work closely with company's engineers, especially working on digital products, to enhance their quality, performance, cost and security with modern technologies. Including local infrastructure and remote AWS based infrastructure;Take an active part in building and setup tools to enable fast and efficient communication between teams;Support the implementation of the Internal and External Information Security Audit Programs, namely ISO27001 and ISO 21434;Support the management of Non-Conformities resulting from Audits;Support the processes of continuous improvement resulting from Audits. CANDIDATE VALUES AND QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Computer Science or related professionally acquired experience;Proficient English-speaking abilities;Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, ranging from engineers to marketers;Ability and motivation to gather new knowledge and experiment with new methodologies, having a continuous improvement drive;Relevant experience with Microsoft cloud administration tools including Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Dynamics, as well as Windows;Experience of at least 3 years in customer support for IT related issues, with strong problem-solving capabilities in that area;Knowledge of network infrastructure management, configuration and deploy;Nice to have: Knowledge of security standards and certifications that apply to business environments;Experience with AWS cloud services;Experience with tools like GLPI or similar and Wazuh or similar.
