FOR OUR LOCATION IN TROFA WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A IT SAP BUSINESS ANALYST FOR HCM ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support and enhancements for our global SAP HCM applications landscape (payroll, time management, organizational management, SuccessFactors). ABAP coding for enhancements and reporting requirements on our HCM solutions. Requirements analysis, design, and implementations for our SAP HCM landscape. Project work in collaboration with internal business partners and external providers. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Studies in computer science / business informatics or an education in a comparable environment. At least 1 year in a similar position. Extensive hands-on implementation experience of SAP HCM core modules with current subject matter expertise in Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management and Payroll. Extensive exposure to ABAP, preferably hands-on programming experience. Experience in HR customizing including master data, payroll-run and time evaluation. Experience in HR related support package implementations. Exposure to the integration of SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and 3rd party systems. First exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is welcome. Good communication skills and team player, hands-on mentality. Strong problem-solving and conceptual skills. Strong individual initiative and commitment to excellence. Willingness to travel. English, spoken and written (German welcome).
