Function : IT Recruiter (RPO)
Location : Portugal
Type of work: Full Remote
Type of contract : 3 month minimum RPO project
Tasks
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience working in product-based companies;
Ideally, experience in large-scale recruitment processes;
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
