It Recruiter - Junior (M/F) Porto

We are recruiting an IT Recruiter - Junior (M/F) Porto .

The project lasts 6 months. The possibility of continuing exists!
Specifically, these will be your tasks:

Providing the best talents by successfully using Outbound / Inbound recruitment;
Building pipelines and managing pools of candidates according to the hiring plan;
Driving the recruitment cycle from candidate identification to onboarding;
Keeping track of the recruitment market development;
Representing the team in internal and external recruitment events;
Improving the recruitment process and its metrics.
You must have:

Degree in Management, HR or Social Sciences;
Experience of minimum one year in IT Recruitment (mandatory);
Result oriented and good writing skills;
Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
Knowledge of French would be highly valued;
