Are you an experienced IT recruiter with a deep understanding of the Portuguese tech market? At Top Sigma, we're growing fast and need a driven, resourceful Freelance IT Recruiter to help us find top talent and meet our recruitment needs. If you're proactive, love working independently, and thrive in a commission-based environment, this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source, screen, and engage IT professionals to fill our open positions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with our team to understand client needs and requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and successful placements.
What You Need to Succeed:
1+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the Portuguese market.
Proven track record of working as a freelancer or in a commission-based role.
Strong expertise in sourcing IT talent (direct search or agency experience is a plus!).
Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a passion for tech recruitment.
