Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, Sociology or similar; 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably IT; Results-orientated and committed to success; Ambition to make a difference; Valuing relationships and trust; Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results; Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
