Overview / Summary: We are looking for a IT Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of IT projects, with specific deliverables including detailed documentation (such as specifications and test plans) and high-quality software products.
Responsibilities and Tasks: T his role requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure that project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, resources, budget and milestones to ensure successful project completion.
Documentation Management: Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards.
Leadership and communication: Lead the different IT teams, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Software Delivery: Coordinate with the development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards, managing the entire software development lifecycle.
Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes.
Migration Strategy : Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
Coordinate with relevant teams to manage data migration and system integration.
Ensure the first days of production go smoothly, addressing any issues promptly and providing follow-up support to stabilize the new system.
