Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;Professional experience of more than 4 years in IT Project Management;Proven professional experience managing projects in dynamic and complex environments, with multidisciplinary teams (Cloud, Systems, DB, Security, Communications, Development, among others);Solid knowledge in agile methodologies, namely Scrum and Kanban;Good knowledge of management tools, such as Jira and Confluence;It is an asset to have general knowledge of Azure, SQL, Oracle, DevOps and Containers;Knowledge in the Banking sector will also be valued;Fluency in Portuguese;Knowledge of English is valued;Good analysis, organization and planning skills;Good communication skills and customer orientation;Leadership and team management skills.
