Job Description We are now recruiting IT Project Manager to join our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your missionLaunch and drive projects towards Go-Live with objectives on-time, on-scope, on-cost, and on-quality to customer satisfaction and user acceptance.Implement a sustainable and agile project team all along the project phases.Ensure effective integrations of lessons learnt, active risk and opportunity management, and effective contract management of partners and suppliers.Represent your project across the organization and manage appropriate service-related communication towards the customers.Key AbilitiesApply appropriate project management methods, processes, and tools for managing project and process requirements and risks, monitoring and controlling project progress, setting up and managing schedule, cost, and resources.Analyze project performance and identify potential improvements; use methods and tools of Change Management.Manage contracts, understand the contractual wording (terms and conditions) and effects on the programme/project.Perform effective product/project control via applicable review processes and the application of the Maturity Gate Process.Review product baselines, project management plans, and product/project performance throughout the whole product life cycle.Define and document measurable product/programme/project success criteria.Identify, assess, and respond to risks and opportunities; gather and reuse previous experience from other similar products/projects.Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will HaveBachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology or Engineering; Master's degree preferred.Ability to quickly adapt in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teams.Educated to a Master's Degree level in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.3 years relevant IT PM experience.Proven experience within complex IT projects (roll-out with several hundred users).Preferably have data management (DAMA) basic knowledge.Experience with PM Tools, PMP Certification, Value Stream Management - Stakeholder management at all levels in the organization.English at negotiation level; additional languages (i.e., French, German, Spanish) are a plus.Benefits - What's In It For YouDiverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work.A modern office, well connected to public transportation.A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together.An intense and exciting onboarding experience.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
