Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Agile / Scrum methodologies to manage our IT Infrastructure projects and support our Agile and DevOps adoption efforts. The candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional project teams in order to deliver high-quality products within budget and on schedule. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.Your tasks will focus on the following activities:Planing, executing and delivery of IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Collaboration with different departments and teams to identify project requirements and deliverables.Working closely with project team members and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.Facilitation of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, changes, and risks.Management of project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Project Reporting and Risk ManagementDrive and champion innovation within managed projectsProviding guidance and support to team members on Agile/Scrum best practices.Supporting the Agile or DevOps transformation of our IT services by developing and implementing agile processes and procedures.Continuously monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the Agile/Scrum framework used by the team.Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.Additional InformationIf you meet the requirements you will hear from us in 15 daysReady to drive with Continental? Take the first step and fill in the online application.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience in IT project management with a focus on Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience in working in a global setup and managing cross-functional project teamsStrong knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum & DevOps principles and practicesExperience with Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira)Experience in supporting the Agile or DevOps transformation of an IT department and in ITIL/ITSM processes are a plusCertifications in Project Management and Agile/Scrum (such as CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO) are desirableVery good English language skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quicklyCompany DescriptionContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
