If you have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Your New RoleLead and manage the overall IT project management function within the division.Monitor the progress of all ongoing IT projects, intervening as necessary to resolve issues and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to show the overall performance metrics of ongoing IT projects.Develop and implement IT project management methods, processes, and standards to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.Effectively communicate the IT project roadmap with the relevant IT departments as well as ongoing consultation and coordination.Act as the first point of contact for new business requirements and review the need for new IT projects.What You'll NeedDegree in IT, computer science, business administration, or a comparable field.Extensive experience in IT project management with a track record of managing and completing complex IT projects.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage IT project teams.Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve performance in various IT projects.Ideally PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.Good knowledge of English.
