Your new role As an IT Project & Customer Success Manager, you'll:
Plan, manage and execute professional services within time on the scope of sold projects.Ensure the team provides timely and high-quality responses to customer enquiries.Align customer needs with organisational capabilities to maximise satisfaction and retention.Choose and develop the team leaders and team members.Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by providing high-quality support fulfilling the agreed SLA's.Act as the voice of the customer to drive improvements in products and services (customer intimacy).Maintain service levels for customer queries and issue resolution.Implement systems to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in IT project management and customer service/delivery management, preferably within a professional services environment.Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.Experience with Cegid Primavera is a big plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel to the Algarve as required.
