Your new role As an IT Permanent Recruitment Manager, you will lead the Tech strategy in Porto Office. You will advise on all the managerial strategies in Porto to ensure the success of Hays Tech. You will increase and improve the level of expertise and skill of our consultancy team so you need to be present during meetings with clients, to support and develop our market share in the national area. It will also help you to ensure the benchmark of our competitors. This is a great opportunity if you want to take part in the growth of our division.
What you will need to succeed A minimum experience of 3-5 years as a Team Leader or a similar experience is required.
You are passionate about the Tech market.
You have already worked on Tech activities, including driving relationships with key accounts.
You are a great communicator and have strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, you are resilient, driven, and ambitious.
A hands-on approach to grasp the nuances of the market, and commercial skills to actively develop the expansion of our business.
