Your mission will be…
Oversee the planning and organizing of workforce development initiatives, ealigned with organizational goals and executed effectively
Lead stakeholder management efforts by planning, organizing, and implementing workshops, meetings, and other key appointments
Prepare detailed reports and communicate the progress of workforce development projects to management and stakeholders
Support strategic partnerships focused on upskilling and reskilling IT employees
Provide knowledge in UI/UX and support around strategic and operational workforce management and development through project management and the creation of communication and learning measures
Collaborate with internal and external experts to support upskilling and reskilling initiatives
Drive communication strategy and execution on upskilling and reskilling measures
Collaborate with experts to create impactful communications on IT initiatives and trainings
Develop and distribute engaging content across multiple channels (e.g. Newsletter, articles)
We are looking for someone with…
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business psychology, human resources, digital marketing management, communications, or a related field.
positive energy and eager to learn
Analytical skills and a mindset for numbers and data.
Strong communication and content creation skills (digital media knowledge).
Project management and stakeholder relationship skills
Team player, organized, responsible and proactive.
Interest in people and organizational development topics.
Knowledge of English (German is a plus).

A 12-month internship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed to enhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies. The opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work, plus the chance to join sports groups. A health insurance and access to our on-site medical center.
