In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and high-performing team, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact!ResponsabilidadesResponsible for leading the IT/OT areas in FEL Site and the FEL IT/OT infrastructure (servers, clients, etc); Managing the existing communication platforms (Internet, cellular, and internal phone communications); Responsible for ensuringthe central UPS system can sustain the IT/OT operation in case of any electrical shortage; Keep a backup of all critical systems in the IT/OT areas, ensuring they are stored securely and accessible in case of any issue; Guarantee that the FEL site complies with local/global regulations of all licenses; Responsible for managingthe wired and wireless network infrastructure, controlling traffic, and ensuring speed needs are fulfilled depending on site requirements; Responsible for managingall printers and scanning devices, maintenance, consumables, spare parts, and reviewing the needs for acquiring more devices as the company grows; Support all quality measurement systems/devices in FEL. Local IT/OT Quality System (procedures, instruction, and creation of IT RM documentation); Responsible for managinguser administration and rights; Responsible for supporting ERP systems and managing other user applications; Manage maintenance of IT/OT systems, IT/OT project portfolio, and suppliers of IT/OT technologies; Create reports, instructions, and relevant documentation including IT/OT areas into current processes. Managing IT/OT related purchase orders documentation; Forecast IT/OT related costs and follow up on spends and creating accruals; Responsible for developing the technical and financial content of service provider contracts for IT/OT; Development and management of GDPR regulations related to IT; Responsible for complying with regulations for production in a clean room; Responsible for trackingthe OT/IT maintenance tasks and dealing with IT/OT related suppliers and subcontractors; Create training plans and provide training for professionals and users with varying levels of IT/OT knowledge and competencies; Represent FEL Site in the relevant global IT/OT forums; Local responsible for maintaining the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001.RequisitosBSc
