It Operations Analyst

Are you eager to learn new technologies?Alongside is currently seeking IT Operations Analystto join a team responsible for monitoring and supporting IT operations for a client in the financial sector.In this project, you will be part of a team with the following key responsibilities:Systems Monitoring: to detect potential performance issues or failures.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and efficiently resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.Incident Management: Coordinate response activities, communications, and restoration efforts during incidents.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance.Requirements:Technical training in IT (is an advantage).Knowledge of IT (Infrastructures, networks, databases).Willingness to learn and grow in IT.Knowledge of the Linux Operating System;Experience or knowledge in Mainframe and/or Cobol is an advantage.Versatility and the capability to work in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.Fluency in English (mandatory).Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.#J-18808-Ljbffr
