Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its IT team with the integration of an IT Helpdesk (Part-time) in our Lisbon office.
Key tasks/ activities:
Monitoring the helpdesk ticketing system and allocate support resources;
Provide first line IT support to users;
Hands on technical support (install and configure) on computer hardware and software installation;
Liaise with office and site users, IT applications team, infrastructure team to resolve operation issues;
Maintain proper records on incidents, escalation, tracking log and inventory control;
Accountable for ensuring all IT services delivered are compliant with company standard practice.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
Higher Diploma or above in IT / CS related disciplines;
Minimum 1 year in IT operation support areas;
Proficiency in Microsoft product family support, hands on experience in deploying, managing and supporting in MS Windows OS platform;
Familiarity with LAN / WAN / VPN / TCP/IP architecture;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
